Alice specialises in many areas of intellectual property. She is well known for her expertise in
trade mark, domain name, design, copyright and database right matters and issues relating to
passing off. Alice also has substantial experience in issues relating to confidential information
and privacy.
Alice advises on contentious and non-contentious issues and has extensive knowledge of issues
relating to branding - strategy, protection, transfer and enforcement throughout the world. She
also advises on advertising and comparative advertising and image rights.
Alice is an associate member of the UK Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA) and the
International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution
Committee. Alice has a particular interest in education and regularly lectures to students and
professionals on topical IP issues. She has also contributed to a wide range of publications on IP
matters including The European Lawyer and Internet Works.

European motor manufacturer, other manufacturers, retailers and service suppliers. She has
extensive experience in handling contentious and potentially contentious matters as well as
transfers of intellectual property and licensing of IP rights. Alice provides clear,
straightforward and practical advice to her clients, fully incorporating their commercial concerns
in the solutions suggested.
